if you dont feel like switching the center diff to the hb and getting the plastic spur then just get a hardened steel pinion for the ofna steel spure...

If you got mbx you don't have to get but a plastic spur and motor mount for it.
You can get a new roller from ofna as well to.

Peace!

I'd say go for the Hyper 7. The Kyosho plastic spur gears fit directly onto it (I use Hyper 7 and Hyper 8 diffs with this spur gear).

SH Z-Car, Custom Crawler, 8s Savage, 12s XTM XLB 1/7 buggy, 4wd 4-link rear/IFS Pro4 truck, Custom Hyper 10 Short Course, Belt-Drive Mammoth ST 1/8 truggy, 4s 17.5 MM Pro HPI Blitz

Yes, go for the hyper 7. I have both. I like the Hyper 7 a lot more. It handles so much better. The MBX is a little too narrow to fit battery packs on each side. So you would be stuck with your batteries all on one side or just 1 pack on the one side. I run one 4s pack and I have had trouble in the past with over heating my Lipos. The newer generation Lipos I'm hoping will be better at not overheating.
