Auto lipo setting not working right. - 02.03.2007, 01:25 AM

My Mamba is not beeping the correct number of times for the lipo pack I'm using. I have a 3S 11.1 volt 8000mah MaxAmps pack and it is fully charged. When I connect it, and turn on the controller, it beeps only twice. Can anyone tell me what is wrong.

Found out from Castle that the problem lies in the last software update. A new update will be coming out tomorrow that should correct the issue.

Schulze's "smoke puffs" are simply an ancient form of communication, known as "smoke signals". Instead of counting beeps or LED blinks, you count the puffs. :005:

That is too funny! LMAO! How many puffs does it take to fry a schultz?
Answer- None, cuz the minute you plug it in it's already gone!

it's not frying, actually.. it is more a way of the controller expressing itself, telling you that you did something wrong.. Unfortunately some controllers didn't seem to get it.. (or had an odd twist of humor) they thought it was funny to give smoke without a reason, leaving you behind floating in a sea of questions on what the H you did wrong..

Luckely for us His Royal Highness Mathias had the answer for all our problems.. 'loose contact!!!!!' (he initially used 10 times as much exclamation marks to express his frustration on how you abused his precious babies)

I wonder what is keeping him in the business... Can't be his flawless controllers, nor his service oriented nature..

I've never even had a schultz in my hands! Nor have I ever been on his web site(if he has one)!
