Jammin CRT Spur Options? - 04.27.2007, 10:12 PM

So I have the Kyosho 46 and 44 tooth spur gears, but I'm wondering if there's any other options. I would really like to find a 54 tooth, or something around there. Any ideas? Thanks.

Well, as far as I know, Mike is in the process of making one, He originally made some delrin ones, but in the end, they didn't end up working. I think he also said that you can mod a 46t spur to fit as well.

Yep, actually the 46t from Kyosho that he sells in his store is a direct fit to the CRT diff. I have that one, but would also like a large one for some better gearing options.

using different diffs gives you better gearing as well, you can use the lsp ring ring and pinion. You can also drop the center diff a lot lower by using the cr buggy center diff mounts if you are using the 46 or 44 spur. Mike also sells an adapter for a 51 t spur pm me if you are interested in using a 51t.

I got a 56T made up for me out of delrin. It's for my CR conversion. I have yet to test it, but I don't imagine it not working.

Nice, let me know how it works when you get to test it.
