I'd rather spend the extra $5 and buy from a trusted and proven site such as Stormer.

Holmes Hobbies is quite trusted... The RC rock crawling community loves it, and the owner John is an active member here at RCM.

Since you're new here, you probably don't know, but John Holmes is a very helpful forum member here as well as a vendor on rccrawler.com. I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone, anywhere on this forum or any other that has been dissatisfied with his service.

oh yeah, John rob holmes is VERY reputable.
He ships your product very fast. He has real life experience with everything he sells, and he is a major contributor to forums like these and rccrawler.

He is one of the best for customer service.

you won't be sorry. i've made multiple orders through JRH, and will continue ordering from him (for things that aren't offered by The Monster, of course! ). between those 2 stores/sites, you won't find better customer service anywhere.
