Brushless lighting stadium sport help please

HI

I am new to rc monster and i want to covert a lighting stadium sport

I have about 700 dollars starting from scratch and i want to use a feiago xl motor. What else should I get any suggestions.

I have (2) 6 cell 3600mah intellect batteries that i could use or not. I would want to go about 30 to 40 mph. I also have a quick feild charger for lipos but is not very good it has 2 amp max and 1 amp for lipo. Please help
