Jato Pin Mod

hello again
ok i did the brian g 2nd gear lock, thanks for the good post on that one.
Im trying to do the jato pin mod i am finding 3 places that have the little pins on the gears, which 2 do i change i think its the input gear shaft and the 2nd speed gear shaft correct, not the last out drive gear shaft. if that is correct what type of drill bit do you use on the 2nd gear shaft i have broken 2 and the titanium one doesnt cut wont go into it the input shaft was easy

i have the forward only conversion if that makes any difference. its a revo 3.3. trans i think how can you tell the difference from the original and the 3.3 trans
