everything been ordered ill post pictures up as stuff arrives and as i get it all installed on the buggy. i cant wait for this to be done

well i cleaned the buggy up here is a picture of it minus the nitro gear


my first package came today i was a little excited:thumbs:


hmm i wonder whats in the box


ooh its my motor but which one did i get






here is a mock up of my speed control mount. once i get the size right im going to cut it out of a piece of carbon fiber.:thumbs:


my power supply showed up yesterday





i also picked up some deans plugs



more pictures to come and some videos when its all done

Nice Eli. Cant wait to get some competition out there. Pretty soon there will be enough of us that the nitro guys are gonna start making us run in our own class. Already heard Phil grumbling about it last week. lol

Now you just gotta get this done before the next race or you might see your lead in the points series go away. lol

i hear that about a separate class


my charger showed up today. i cant wait for the batteries to get here so i can use it

well the motor mount and battery tray showed up today so i installed what i could trimmed down the speed control mount and got it ready to go minus connectors and speed control which hopefully get here soon

Is that cut radio tray the esc mount? Is it going to be strong enough?

yup thats the esc mount its really sturdy. i might bend it up a bit but we will see when the packs get in

Looks great Eli. You could use a littel wire management to keep anything from getting sucked into the gears.

We are gonna really be in for some carnage next sunday. The way you drove w/ the nitro was out of control. I can't imagine what its gonna be like with more power. lol

Now all you need to do is get an Xray and you'll be all set.

i started working on the wires after the pictures were taken i realized thye look like poooh lol but its going to be a learning expierence no more blip blip blip thats going to be the heardest thing to learn not to do.

No xray for me im hooked on AE

im running 5s on the 3d


Update

I have had some bad luck first my mmm goes out so i sent that in jhautz sells me a mm to run and my motor goes out 2 days later

i ordered a motor for my truggy a 1515 2.5d so i ran that in the buggy this weekend i got beat badly lol itsa a whole new dribving style going from nitro everything temped in a ok range and the buggy was flying now the driver needs to figure it out.

i changed the way things are mounted ill egt pictures tommorow its alot cleaner of a install now i cant wait to race it more

well here are some new pictures i moved the speed control to the chassis and hid the wires under the battery tray it looks alot cleaner now
