another MMM problem thread! - 10.21.2008, 11:04 PM

I know...another one! I'm clueless as to what happened here. Lately I've been having an issue with my rx losing its bind when the truck sits for a day. Truck ran fine last night, my first run on 6s. charged batteries up and brought to show my friend tonight, no communication between rx/tx, so I rebound it. I hit the throttle quick and it worked as did the steering servos. I then unhooked the battery to get ready to go outside, then said nope I don't want it losing its bind again so I hooked it back up quick and it still worked. I left it plugged in for about a minute just sitting there as I put the body back on and my shoes on. It gave a beep reminding me that it's all hooked up and not in use (annoying feature but I guess it's a good reminder) then went to drive it out the door and got nothing! Not a beep, stutter, or led! I gave up and came home. It still links with my castle link, yellow light comes on and it programs but when I hook up a battery no beeps or leds, and no power to anything! I hooked my MM up to my rx and that still works as do my servos. Is my MMM dead? I thought when they died they also wouldn't link with the castle link? I have already eliminated the switch but to confirm I pulled the case of the MMM and checked for continuity across the switch leads and thats all good. So now I'm asking you guys and Patrick. It sucks that I just got my 3s batteries and this happens!
