a cucaracha looking parasite that eats a fishes tongue, attaches itself in the mouth and lives as the tongue until the host's demise

That reminds me of the tv show monsters inside me. about parasites and such in people.

the last thing inside me was Lincpimp, and I have him checked monthly

Because it is lincpimp, monthly may not be enough
