I just did a timing belt on a Sorento 3.3l V-6 last week, not that bad. I think it's a rebadged mitsubishi motor. Generally good power, but it has an additional tranny cooler which makes me think the tranny may be underrated for that motor... I'd say it's a good disposable vehicle, drive it till it needs a significant repair, then sell it as a parts car.

If I could only draw what I see in my head, then afford to build it, and finaly get to play with it...

Im a pretty competent driver As you can see, Mike in the taurus is not.... and snow made it worse. And as I did my drift around him he flipped me off

Glad to see that there still some young kids that like to have fun in an empty snow covered parking lot.

Exactly!

Creative kids can have fun with an unmolested canvas!

Parking lot, cardboard box, etc etc.

But a full tank of gas make it better

Nice 360! I think it should be mandatory for new drivers to play around a little and learn in a safe place.

I used to do that kind of stuff on dry parking lots. Lots of tire smoke and noise. I got arrested once, cop told me it was the most impressive display he had ever seen. It was a big parking lot and my big block truck was doing at least 60mph the whole time. Good fun, until you get caught!!!!

Kias aren't bad, but they do not usually age gracefully.

Waiting for the fe3 mazda based engine to dump its guts out.. then i wanna put in something like a ford v6 out of a mustang with a single turbo. high revver'. tough finding a way to utilize the stock 4wd.

No cops their. the parking lot is in the back of my old high school. The only entrances are 25 degree inclines, so with any snow a 2wd police cruiser cant make it up. Its an oasis!

A fearless driver and a 30mph running start.
