Quark Durability - 10.15.2006, 12:13 PM

Today I opened a brand new Quark 33 amp Pro Car esc, soldered up the connectors and got ready to program the transmitter. I noticed the programming button was a little loose, proceeded anyway and when I first pressed the button the tiny piece just fell off the circuit board. I contacted B-p-p, who my parents got it from. If i don't get an entire refund I would be gravely dissapointed in their return policy. Anyone have a simlar problem with these mini 1/18th escs?
