I think the HB buggy diffs with FLM Hybrids are the best thing for the money. The Maximizer/FLM Combo's is the next best thing though...

I use the maximizers on a 7XL and it's holding up good.

The good thing about the HB's is that they are even way tougher and the silicone oil is a nice add-on this is what i am missing in my maximizers, the ability of using silicone oil.

Just wondering is there any difference between the FastLane diff cup and the Maximizer diff cup? They look the same to me.

I had pretty good luck with the maxximizer. I did break a few spurs though.
I had a beast to. Big tires 14lbs rtr 18cells 7xl. It had to give some where.
I got a flm cup coming. I hope to try it out soon.

Peace!

Oh cool, i never noticed the Maximizer was 7075-T6 alum. well it gets my vote too! over 50% harder (Brinell) than 6061-T6.

Does anyone know what Alum. alloy the Kippster diff cup is made from? I have one in my rear, i like them better though, they have a pin and set screw that goes through the side of the cup and securely holds spiders.
