I noticed it is not that same as the stock server saver. How would you hook up the arm to the servo saver?

You just screw it into one of the adjustment holes.
The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

ok, the reason why I ask is because I will have to bore out the hole, and it is not dead center. I guess that doesn't matter then.

yeah it does not matter. The holes are just for more options for adjustment on the servo saver compared to others.
