Motor For Losi 8ight? -

Trying to decide what motor to put in my Losi 8ight. Looking at possible to following two.
- Neu 1Y w/4S 14T/46 - Neu 2.5D w/5S 15T/46 |

What KV is the 1Y? I know the 2.5d is 2000KV so that will be ridiculously powerful on 5s.

The 2.5D on 5S would be 37925rpm and the 1Y on 4S would be 40700rpm. With the gearing both would be approx. 48mph. The track I will be racing on is fairly large

I want to do a racing buggy too. Would the 1512 be better on power for longer run times?
