What weight oil and springs are you guys using on your powerstrokes?

I think it was 50 wt with orange and blue springs in the front and gray and white springs in the rear.

thanks ...i have the firm springs all the way around and 40wt oil I couldnt find the extra firm ones....I need to step to 50wt I think ....do the powerstrokes always have that spring collar moving and rubbing slightly clicking till the springs compress further?

Yes, 50w or even 60w oil was always my preference.
