My converted Xray XB8 - 03.21.2008, 02:55 PM

My english/spelling isnt great so bear with me......

Specs:
Xray XB8
Mamba Max
Feigao 8XL
CC BEC
RCM piniong (14T for the moment, no heat issues)
Kyoscho plastic spur
RCM Motor-mount
RCM Battery tray
Polyquest 4S, 5000mah

Some Pics of the build:

Clean out the stuf and placed a carbon-like sticker to cover all the holes that isnt needed:


Lets get to work on the battery tray, this is the result:


Fits like a glove:

I had to clean up the wiring, so enjoy:

I am corrently working on another wiring solution that is allot cleaner...... but i have to make new mount for the esc and BEC to realise this.... but it is a work in progress that i am currently working on...........

Made a new mount to hold the ESC an BEC



Everything fitted on the car... the weight is very centered :)

what is the carbon fiber covering the chassis for?

oh ok i was thinking maybe to make chassis wider or flatter for battery or something. looks good.
