BL set-up help

I know that this question is propably getting old, but I'm gonna ask anyway. I am looking for a BL set up for around $350 For my e-maxx 3906 (yeah I know I should have bought the 3905).Ive already gotten all of the required drivetrain parts. I would like to be able to run the 14 cells I've got now and still be able to switch to lipo's in the future Ive dumped about 1300 dollars into this beast beefin it up and now I think its ready for a good boost in raw power. Heres the kicker I am in Iraq and need to be able to have the system shipped to an Apo, Ae address. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
