Don't really here much on the Wanderer's. What are the differences between them and Feigao motors?

They are the same motor, just a rebadge from what I have read.

So no differences internally? All will be the same? Read on another fourm that the Wanderer's have better bearings inside?

I am pretty sure they are all exactly the same... including the bearings. But Feigao makes all the nemesis/wanderer motors as far as I know as well.

Anyone here own one? Will they be able to handle 5S Lipo's?

The Kv rating (rpms per volt) will determine the voltage you use, for example:

2200kv = 4s
1700kv = 5s
1500kv = 6s

Ideally, you dont want to excede 40,000rpms on whatever voltage and motor combo you come up with (feigao type motors), but better quality motors like Neus, Lehners etc will happily run at a higher speed without issue- upto 50~60,000rpms say.

I was looking at going with the 7XL - 2145kv on 5S which makes 39682.5rpm but is this to high?

I would say so. The 7Xl on 4s runs hot, so stick 5s through it and it'll be toasted in next to no time, no matter what you do with gearing really. 9XL on 5s would be a much cooler setup, and just as fast- plus a little more run time too.
