Best way to store Lipos ??

Whats the best way for long term storage of lipos ? Like maybe up to a year ? we are in the process of selling our house and will be moving in a few months . Thats the reason I havnt been on here much lately . It's a ton of work to downsize after you have been in a house for 10 years !! Anyhow, everything is getting packed up and by the time we move, get settled, and I can get all my r/c stuff back out it could be up to a year !!
So, what should I do with my lipos ? I currently have 4 of them . Thanks !! Jerry
