My CRT x1 - 11.23.2008, 01:47 PM

This thing is a beast! MMM with a meduas 36-60-2000 on zippy 5000 4s. Only ran in 2 weekends and went from last to third before my already trash spur gave up on me. now if I could only get some more steering.

Like the body and wheels! What gearing also? Truggy diffs, or buggy? I have one too.

Thanks! We are running a DS1015 Associated servo. They are the regular truggy diffs with a 48t Kyosho plastic spur. The pinion is a 12t. Temps are fine the fan has not come on yet so....below 150 and the motor has been about 110........

Thanks. Mine came with a ofna six gear spider center diff.with a 52t gear that I can't change spurs on. I have the stock diff. with the 62t gear. Not sure if I should do. Run the 52, or run the stock diff. with a 48t plastic gear.

The only reason I stripped at plasic one was that the pinion came off like 5 times but just keep the mesh in check and I would think you wouldn't have that much of a problem. PLUS the cheap so get a couple.

I just got mine together today. I think I'll just run the 52t on the six gear diff. Better diff I think. The truck has a neu 1515 1y, mmm on 4s. I ran it for about 5 min. today. Wow is all I can say. Geared high 18/52. I have a 15t, and 16t pinion that would be better. It was fast though. My mmm fan came on and the esc was 78f hmm. Smooth as silk though.
