closed the whole threads down for talking about MMM, Neu, and 6s batts

all the things it takes to make there truck (revo) to run like a competitor...they build us a platform that couldnt run with the nitros and when we try to talk about making it go faster and handle better they shut us down

what a TOOL

I wonder if traxxas accually knows how these petty moderators try to act like Frank Nitty *dumb de dumb dumb*

I can't say I blame him as that thread wasn't going anywhere. It was typical of the newb rumors and stupidity that spreads on the TRX forums. Misbehavin is actually in my experience one of the more level headed mods over there. He has a wealth of resources and is very helpful. Heck the guy even went after novaktwo when he tried starting a flame war with me.

I can't stand the traxxas forums for their strict moderation, but they are justified in this case because ultimately you aren't even talking about a traxxas product. The posts are all about the aftermarket products failing and not about how the product performs/doesn't perform in their product.

Not for nothing - but that is the same post as on this site -

http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14960

almost like phishing for sympathy.

There's a moral to this story - BUY GOOD BATTERIES!!!!!

When you go out to buy a pack of AA batteries for your transmitter do you buy Energizer/Duracell or the cheesy Eveready ones with the black cat jumping through the logo?

I have been tempted to go out and try the Zippy's, but now I am thinking I may just stick with paying a bit more for the good Enerland cells.

Sorry - I'm bored - sitting on Amtrak from NYC to Boston with nothing to do and I am too tired to do real work.
