Hi guys, finally I got all my stuffs HOOK UP but ONE SMALL PROBLEM came up

I forgot that this is MY FIRST XT8 TRUGGY BL PROJECT, and when I hooked up everything and looked at my computer screen, I FREAK OUT

I REALLY DO FREAK OUT cause I've NO IDEA WHAT TO DO(HOW TO PROGRAM the MGM16018)!!!!!! So, I'm just wondering if there's anyone that will be able to help me do the job this time??? Wel, these are what I got!

My XT8 Truggy WILL BE USING ALL STOCK GEAR if you guys know what I mean, and I'll use Receiver Battery!
