Nomadio React? - 12.08.2008, 09:01 PM

What are your thoughts of the Nomadio React and it's reliability? I was debating to get either a DX3S or a 3PM when the React came to mind. How does it compare to the others? And how does the DX3s compare to the 3PM in actually functionality? Thank you very much for any imput.

The React is an AWESOME radio. Period. If only Nomadio didn't supply that hardware/software in a crappy looking case with such a small screen, it would have sold a lot better. I am actually on my 2nd React now, after semi-messing up my first one (overvolted it and killed the USB functionality).

However, the React isn't the best choice of radio anymore IMO. Nomadio has basically discontinued its RC line in favor of military contracts (where the real money is made). Nomadio transcievers are harder to come by now. You could use Spektrum DSM1 receivers, though, which is definitely a nice feature.
