Challenge. -
09.05.2008, 02:38 AM
It looks like a nice challenge. Now lets see how fast you can make it run? I used to watch the road racers a few years back, but have never worked on or driven one. I started in the monster truck side just a couple of years ago, and have done nothing but Maxx builds so far. Once I get all of our Maxx trucks up and running I hope to either try the XRAY 808, Baja 5b, XTM/MMT, or go for a road racer car for something a little different. So teach me something with this build so I can figure out what direction to go. Good luck itsme.

LOLOL!! I was raising the bar for myself, doing it like a truggy would be easy. I am hoping i can make that tlt axle last behind a brushless motor.

Well, at least there will be some differences between ours. For example, mine uses an upgraded MT2 front end, MT2 chassis cut out at the front as a Slash-like skidplate/chassis brace, raised chassis like the Slash, beefed up Wheely King rear axle, etc. Your build will be interesting to watch, no doubt!

Thinking about aslo brazing a cage together.

Great job, should look really nice! Glad you went with an actual axle in the rear.
