Flux gear mesh issue - 02.06.2009, 07:49 PM

Hi Boys.
Ok, so the Flux sits on my worktop. The antique 27AM radio is in the trash can (where it belongs) and the battery holders (Crappy) are full of 3S 5000 lipos.

All is good, except one thing. I installed the 'option' pinion and had a real rough time of it. Basically I found that even with the motor slid right across to the furthest point, the pinion & spur are too tight. They rotate without binding to the point of seizure but it's definately wrong.

Just wondered if any other Flux owners had a similar issue. I don't fancy having to Dremel the motor mount holes out but looks like I have to
