diff housing posts? - 02.16.2009, 12:09 PM

broke off my screws that hold the diff housing. when converted to brushess, 2 hold diff and 2 hold motor mount. these 4 tie it in securly. i have tried and trie and tried to get these broken screws out and no luck.. my question is, i have a Hyper 8... will the hyper 7 posts fit? also, what size screws go in here?

No idea on the fitting of parts :( sorry. But I just wanted to make sure...

You've tried slotting what's left of the screws with a dremmel and using a straight blade screwdriver on them?

yea, i ended up just ordering a new set. they were so stripped that it wasnt able to come out. just bent and ripped the 2 sides after i made the slot with a dremel. oh well. 10 bucks.. now i need screws.
