I like the lowered chassis design, but not the fact that the battery is off center like that.

it is for dirt oval - i think the off centre battery is to help with balance...

Yeah- dirt oval cars only turn left, so the battery is offset to make the car turn better.

Also has different rate springs on the front. I like.

Interesting. I like the thundertech chassis for the slash. I want to build one for speed trials...

Does anyone remember the really slick looking black slash that a member here had... I was trying to figure out which body he used... I think it was the proline hardcorr body...
