good news for a change...Lehner 1950<HI-AMP> - 03.16.2009, 05:53 PM

I purchased a RTR emaxx from a guy about a year ago...he shipped the truck but did not send the motor and esc. To make a long story short,he turned up on another forum last week agreed to make good on our deal...THIS IS WHAT HE SENT ME>>>

New Lehner 1950 7 turn BL motor and a new Schulze 18.97 esc
Does anyone know anything about this motor?
How will it compare to my Big Maxximums?
I am siked!!!...I spent ZERO dollars and i have new killer motor and a back-up esc for my dual BL emaxx.( i use the Schulze 18.97 on it also)

That is a KICK ass 2 pole motor . IT is very very smooth & makes plenty of power . I had a 1950 8t motor & it was great .

I know enough to want to buy the motor from you if you decide to sell it

WOW. Somebody's conscience caught up to them...

I'll give you $1 for it! That's the highest offer so far!

The 1950 will be slower, of course, at 1800kv. I've never tried my MMM yet, but my Lehner was way smoother with my firmware updated MM than my Neu 1512 was. I really preferred my Lehner, I never should have sold it! It was a 7turn 1950 just like yours. If they weren't over $300 to get in the U.S., I would have a fleet of Lehners.

I have a 1950/7 but not the high amp version. Killer motor. I like it better than the Neu for a race motor. Very smooth acceleration and makes tons of power. The free spinning lehner motor coasts a bit better than my Neus with the heavier magnetic drag so it helps with carying speed thru the corners. Very nice stroke of luck there. That Schulze esc is a big dollar item too. He sent you just about the most expensive brushless setup you can buy.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

That's great man. IMHO, while the schulze is still alive and new, sell it. They have a tendency toward fire....
Pick yourself up a few MMMs with what you get for the schulze.
