60mm long, isnt that 1512 sized?

Basically a neu 1512 "Q" motor by tekno. Only difference is the lektrons are ano. black and have a rear endbell cover. Wow.

Man... Not even close!

You should check your facts. It's nothing like the Neu's. It's 38mm in dia. shorter/smaller package. Different internals/bearings/etc.
