My intro + Ofna E-Corr conversion -

Hey everyone. Been lurking around here for awhile and decided to post up my Ofna Lx buggy, now that its done. Well almost done anyway, still needs a reciever box/antennae mount, and mount the rear bumper, but i beat on it as is.
I have it geared 14/51 with the MMM 2200 combo on Polyquest 5s 6000, and get solid 25min runs. Oh yea and it rips the tires off while doing it I had a VXL rusty before this so I knew brushless was fast, but this thing is ridiculous. Any recommendations for a street tire? I tried a set of Imex "rally" tires and burned through half the tread on the rear tires in one pack, plus it slid around like they were drift tires.
I haven't touched the diffs yet, except to put 50k in the center. I really should go through this buggy some more, as its showing its age a bit. One of these days I'm not thrashing on it I'll do the diffs and shocks. I actually traded a set of MT tires for it and made the all the conversion parts myself to save $. I couldn't have asked for a better intro vehicle to HV brushless systems.

For the front body mounts I used long revo body posts, attached using the shock screws and an extra screw. The rear I used the buggy wing mount modded for the correct angle. For the bumper I removed the original buggy bumper, slid a piece of alum in the slot and screwed the slash bumper to the alum. Another piece of alum attaches the bumper brace to the shock tower. I haven't done the rear yet, but will probably cut a piece of alum and attach it like a skid plate.
