How can I post my pics in rc-monster's forum?:)

All free hosting sites, I'd go with the first two, have always had good luck with Photo Bucket.

or you can use the "attachment" place just under the reply box. click on browse and look for ur pic on ur comp, thats how i do it

It says my pic is too big..?!! how can I get it smaller?

The easiest way is to open the pic in paint. The click Image (at the top) and the stetch/skew. There are other ways, but you'll need other software to do it

Yeah, a Kontronik FUN480-42. A superior rival of the Lehner Basic4200. I dont want to make this thread the place to post pics of this thing, but if you want some more then I'll put it in the Magnet dimensions thread by Dafni.
