-Or maybe not, I dont spend alot of time reading on the internet
After racing today and having to do 3 battery swaps, I had a hard time adjusting to the first couple laps on the new pack.
I was wondering if there was a way to make an adjustable upper voltage "regulator" for the motor output so that the output stays realatively constant no matter how charged the battery is.
IE:
4 cell battery- My cut off set at 3.2 volts per cell. I would like another option that when I hit full throttle, the max amount of voltage that would get to the motor (would be an adjustable paramater) could be set to, say 3.4 per cell, so for most of my race, fresh pack or not, the speed should stay realatively constant. This would also help stretch the run time of the pack out a bit as well.
Does this make sense?
