are there any chrome 40 series wheels available for either 17mm or 23mm hex?

the only ones i found for 23 mm hex are the proline cheyenne and the losi 420 series force, but i hear those break easily.
and i cant any for 17mm hex's.
am i looking blind, or is that all thats available. i dont want to spend a grip on wheels too. so there maybe some $100 wheels that are 40 series and in chrome, but im not down to pay that.
