VXL motor Q - 06.11.2009, 10:28 AM

Hey guys I have a VXL motor in my rc to run the heatsink I want tho I need to remove the rear plastic thing and 2 of the 4 2.5x5mm button screws

Is this a dangerous thing to do? I know the Medusas / Neus all seem to have pressed in endbells and these VXL ones seem pretty tight

Dangerous, no. Two screws on opposite sides of the endbell would be best, but two next to each other is okay- the endbell aint gonna just pop off with those inplace. I would say though is it possible to dremel the heatsink where the screws would be underneath the heatsink? (picture?)
