Dimensions of Tekno's V3 Motor Mount?

I was wondering if anyone knows what the outside dimensions are on the 40mm version of the Tekno V3 motor mount. (TKR4140)

I really just need to know the width, so if anyone wouldn't mind measuring one that'd be very helpful.

It should be 44mm wide (40 + 2 on each side).
