Directional tires on mixed up will give you some weird handling...

Otherwise looks very well thought out and executed :-)

If I could only draw what I see in my head, then afford to build it, and finaly get to play with it...

Hey, Flat Irons are good tires, too!

Remember- function before form.

They are but not big enough for this build and shame that the spare doesn't match.

Very nice! Would love to see some nude pics of it. So are the front and rear ratios exactly the same or just close enough? What are your plans for it...function wise? Or was it just a boredom build?

Built Ford tough, with Chevy stuff.

Some build detail which provides some under the cover shots

Started with a bunch of slash 4x4 parts from when I upgraded mine to RPM stuff... Scanned ebay for ages looking for a summit transmission and finally scored one for $40...

Started throwing it together and everything came together so far pretty easily. The trans mount is a piece of 1/8 CF mounted to the chassis on some delrin blocks.

I managed to hack together the front driveshaft from a couple of revo outer CVD cups and a dog bone I had lying around. The rear cost more than I'd hoped with a Mip setup.

Its setup to run 2X 3s Maxamps 2000mah as saddle packs either side of the transmission left over from my LCC and wouldn't sell.

Motor is a 13.5T/mmpro with the 14mm rotor left over from the RCDriver Rock Racer project last year.

Shocks will see how it turns out but threw on some Integy 3.5" for the front and 4" on the rear from the spares bin.
