my monster mamba max esc decided to cease working a few weeks back. being that i live at the far end of the southern hemisphere i was a little worried about having to send it all the way over to kansas of all places to get it serviced. needless to say i dont know what i was worried about. a new esc landed on my desk yesterday and i was super stoked.A++ to castle creations.thats what i call super service.nice one guys

How did you contact them? I sent an email to tech support 5 days ago and I still don't have a reply.

i went thru the castle creations website.there was a form to fill out which notifys them of your dilema and that they should be expecting a return from you. print out a copy of that form and send it in with the item.

a continuation of my gratitude to castle. USPS tried their best once again to extend my waiting period for my replaced motor. i would never think twice about purchasing another castle product. cheers guys
