It'll work just fine. You'll need to solder some short wires and 6.5mm bullets onto the ESC or remove the bullets from the motor and direct-solder to the tabs on the ESC but there's no reason why it wouldn't work.

All I ever wanted was an honest weeks pay for an honest days work.

Hello,

I ran both the 2200kv and 2650kv castles-neus with my RX8, very smooth. I also ran the Tekin T8 2000kv truggy motor with my MMM, also very smooth. The tekin motor also allows the drive train to stay free when no power is being applied....the motor turns much easier by hand than the Castles do. I also found the T8 to run about 15'F cooler than the Castles when geared to the same speed.

If you can't be good, be bad!

I'll let you know how it goes when my turns up in a week. Got impatient waiting for a replacement to my smoked MMM and ordered one yesterday.

I tried the tekin 1350kv motor on both the MMonster and Tekin ESC on sensorless, the MMonster is definiely alot smoother than the tekin. I picked up an extra Tekin Esc to run my Neu on my buggy, but I'm going to stick with the MMonster.
