Good deal or not? Hyper Mini ARTR 400?

The local hobby shop owner has a Hyper Ste mini that he said he would sell for for 400 bucks and I can't decide if I should just buy it or piece one together..
The one at the shop was raced for two 5 minute heats..

It includes -
The Roller -160
Tekin R1 w\537 motor -245
JR 8800 - 109

Or I could buy the roller and send off a mamba max for repair and buy my own motor and servo.. I do have a 7L and 590 I could throw in it..
