MGM 16025 Programing - 09.04.2009, 02:54 AM

Hi guys, i just got my MGM ESC and trying very hard to program it. I've been reading the manual for few times but i just cannot understand WTH is that...
i follow the instruction but nothing happen, i try to dig out all the old post from some forumer and i try...but not 100% working...

after that i try on my own method,
1. switch on Tx, leave it in neutral position
2. Switch on ESC
3. pull the throttle, wait for 3 beeps then let go then pull the throttle again, wait for 3 beeps let go again..
4. then push to reverse, wait for 2 beeps then let go to neutral.
5. pull throttle once...then i can hear the "music"

My truck is moving, forward and reverse normal, just that no brake. and my biggest problem is.....i have to program every time i switch on the ESC....is this normal? or i miss some important step? trying for more than 4days...almost give up.

another problem, how to make this ESC communicate with my computer? i installed the software, but nothing happen after i plug in the USB...

anyone who encounter this problem before and already found the solution, please advice....thankx

Hi,
I have a 16025, and has managed to programmed it using the usbcom is less than 30min. You must connect the usbcom to the esc and the pc, activate the program before you turn on the esc. After you did all the connection and activating the software , just turn on the esc, the software should be able to recognised the esc immediately. Try a harder brake setting, the original brake setting is next to nothing. For the transmitter limit use programed option, you would only be required to programed once. After doing all the setting switch off the esc, disconnect the usbcom. Turn on the esc, and use your transmitter to program the limit, after you finished the neutral setting, turn off the esc.

The Next time you turn on the esc, it will be programmed and ready,
