motor clamp is being a pain, need help!

motor clamp is being a pain, need help! - 02.16.2006, 04:46 PM

well after an hour of hacking away at my stampoedes rear end to fit the thing then another 15mins trying to get the screew in and gearing correct i noticed that the holes for the bar (what hold the motor togeather) was where the wires coming off my wonderer motor.

i understand that the fagieo range of motor has had probs with the can coming apart but has the wanderer range of motors ever seen this kind of scinareo

You should be able to turn the clamp around or motor around so it is not in the way no more.

I havent heard of the can popping on the wanderers..

since there the same basic motors i wouldnt be surprised if it did.

That is probably true - but if you get the rc-monster heatsink..... problem solved once again..
