HB Lightning Stadium 2 Pro - 11.10.2009, 01:26 PM

Hiya,

My friend is willing to sell me his Hot Bodies Lightning Stadium 2 Pro roller for £140. Since i'm an electric guy, i'd like to convert it but I can't find a conversion kit anywhere. Does one even exist?

Is this a good car?

Cheers

Tough as nails from what I understand about them (which isnt much admitedly).

Here's one aproach to converting it:

Or, if you want something a bit simpler:

I believe that will fir the Pro 2 version without issues probably- just compare the part numbers on the center diff unit, partulallyllyylyyyly the brace thingies either side of the CD itself. After that, all you'll need is a battery tray really, and work out your esc location.

There are a few conversion threads about, but suprizingly few really:

The 2nd link seems to suggest that at most, all you will need to do is swap the plastic CD mount thingy from a truggy to buggy version or viceversa, couple £ at most really (along with the other conversion parts).
