Thanks, but the pillow balls are already screwed all the way in. In fact, I had to back the front ones out because I had them screwed in so far that it drastically reduced the range of motion in my steering. I had the back ones in so tight that I stripped one of the heads and had to pop the ball through the knuckle and and use a set of vice grips to get it out of the arm.
My pillow balls are definitely not the issue. The Flextek arms are longer than stock and the UE cups are short. I need a longer CVD.
I have been researching everywhere and it looks like I may have to resort to changing the output shaft. I just hate to tear the whole truck down and disassemble the diffs to replace the shafts. I am also wondering if the stub shafts will hold up.
