So I ordered about $300 worth of lipos from our fav Chinese Lipo vendor and it was places the day before christmas. I requested a confirmation like a normal person would after not getting one for like 4 days...gave a grace due to holiday.
then I get this message...
Thank you for your email. Please kindly note that order ...... is pending in our website due to connection error between paypal and our system. Please check your email box for the transaction ID from paypal and inform us the transaction ID. We need the transaction ID to confirm payment manually. Otherwise the order will not be processed.
Sent them a copy of the requested info just to wait Another 2 days ONLY to get another repeat email of the last. Frustrated for obvious reasons. I wanted these lipos for a trip I am taking and paid alot for shipping to assure there arrival before such. Now I dont know whether to open a dispute or just ask them to refund b/c I am def over it.
I resent them the info and asked if this is not sufficient to just refund the transaction to my PP acct.
I dunno. This is not my first time dealing with these folks but my first issue.
