Newbie has questions about a BL setup

Allright i just got a used emaxx about a month ago. It was real cool at first until i got on traxxas.com and saw a pic and videos of a guys BL setup. He had 2900 dollars in it, so i kinda got discouraged. Then i found this website. I'm wanting to go brushless, and i have about 600 bucks. Only wanting to run 12 to 14 cells, but want speeds over 40 mph plus have enough torque to pull the wheels of the ground while I'm running. Part of the money needs to go toward a chassis and cvds. Also im using these 3300 mah batterys from all-battery.com, they run alot better than the 1500 nicads i got with the truck, but have any of you ever used them? Will they be sufficent to get my BL setup to perform how i want it to?
