Need help on Neu motor's repair!

Hi, I have sent my neu 1515/3d for repair but since 1 month ago there's no reply. They emailed me about the cost which is $20 for a bearing.

I gave the green light but since then there's no reply on how to pay or when can I get it. I emailed the repair customer service so many times.

What other email address do they have which they will reply?

I'd just call them. I have good luck with the phone myself. I've never tried emailing them. the # is on their site.

If no choice I will, it rather expensive to call as I m from Singapore.

Neus number is 00111 858 674 2250 as for Silvia she does accounts or Mike in repairs. You only paid $20 the call will pay for itself
