been looking for a source to buy a 2200kv for a 1/8th scale truggy don't need the ESC have a hobbywing 150a my medusa 2300 gave out today at the track so i'm looking for a replacement....thanks in advance!

get a bigger motor, speed passion will overheat.

good news my medusa is ok re soldered the wires i'm having over heating issues i think my gearing needs to be changed running 13/46 thinking i need to switch to 15/46 my setup is 150a hobbywing ezrun ESC medusa 36-70-2300 kv in a converted cen matrix tr arena use 2 2s 5000mah 7.4 packs i have a 13 tooth mod 1 pinion in it now seems like the gear mesh isn't quite right not sure what to do?

You can get CC/Neu 2200kV motors pretty cheap now.
