He wants to cut and shut a custom set of super tires for his crawler. This how people get the performance they want by making custom tires and is pretty well known in the crawler world. In fact some companies are finally catching on hence the release of the Losi Boss Claws which is a hybrid of a bowtie type center tread with a more traditional crawler type sidewall. The original custom made ones were commonly known as haters and the ones I tried worked really well.

I am curious exactly as to what combo Arct1k is cooking up though. Supers are a beautiful thing to see in action.
