WTB: 7-8 cell Nimh for friends Stampede - 08.01.2010, 12:34 PM

Ok, since im getting my Flux again, its gonna be somewhat unfair to be bashing around with my friends basically stock Stampede who has been using some 6 cell batterys that are kinda running outa steam. I dunno if he's gonna get a nicer brushless truck anytime soon, so I wanted to maybe get him some 7 or 8 cell Nimh packs so his little stampede has a little extra "ooopmh" to bash around with. This will be kind of a surprise gift to him, he doesn't know :)

Anyone got any quality, used 7-8 cell packs with Traxxas connectors that will fit in a Stampede and help my friend have a bit more fun with his stock truck until he can hopefully afford something faster? Thanks!

He doesn't wanna deal with lipo and can't afford a brushless upgrade/setup

If no one comes up w/anything the 7+ celled NiMH packs are super cheap online or Ebay.

I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.
