Neu 1515 1y rotor rebuild kit - 08.30.2010, 02:15 PM

HI i bought neu 1515 i y 2200 kv about 3 years ago here and it stopped working spins fast but when you put my 1/8 truggy on the ground the motor spins but my truggy just creeps did not have the chance to open the motor but was wondering where can i get it serviced at and how much wll it cost me?or DOES NEU sells rebuild motor kits for these? thanks ,kinda hard to open the end bell for it doesnot have screws on it.

by the way i did checked all the diffs and they are working =)

If the motor spins but the truck creeps, I don't know, it might not be the motor. Double check everything again to make sure it is really the motor. If you need to send it in for repairs, I sent a motor for repairs a couple weeks ago and this is where I sent it.

Check these things before you send it in:

1. Check if the pinion is loose.
2. Check the slipper clutch. It might have loosened up.
3. Check the spur + pinion gear mesh.
4. Check the transmission. Something might be slipping in there.
